The YRT and YRTS series thrust/radial cylindrical roller bearings comprise two thrust roller bearings and one radial cylindrical roller bearing. The YRTS series bearing, with its unique internal structure design, enables higher limit speeds to be attained. The ZKLDF series thrust angular contact ball bearings are consisted of an integral outer ring, two inner rings, and two sets of steel balls and cage assemblies. Featuring a 60-degree contact angle, it is specifically engineered for applications demanding high speeds, significant axial and radial loads, and substantial overturning moments.


Application areas of rotary table bearings:
For applications with low speed, short operating cycle, high rigidity and precision requirements, such as rotary tables, dividing heads, etc., the YRT series bearings are particularly suitable. The YRTS series is most suitable for bearing arrangement of direct drive shafts. Its limiting speed is very high, and the friction torque is small and uniform over the entire speed range. It is especially suitable for use with torque motors. Thrust angular contact ball bearing ZKLDF is particularly suitable for high-speed and long-operation cycle occasions, such as high-speed rotary tables, etc. The upgraded series YRTM and YRTSM are very suitable for occasions with high requirements for angular positioning accuracy.


Product Features of rotary table bearings:
The turntable bearing series produced by our company are high-precision turntable bearings that are ready for installation and use. They are suitable for occasions with high precision requirements and combined loads. They can withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments, and the standard is a negative clearance state. Axial and radial preloads are set, and the bearing has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity and high load capacity. In order to facilitate transportation and installation, multiple screw holes are opened on the inner and outer rings, and the entire set of bearings is fastened with positioning screws. The bearings are preloaded when leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust the clearance during installation.

Basic Rating Life
Basic rating life refers to the total number of revolutions that 90% of a group of identical bearings can achieve when operated under the same conditions without surface peeling caused by rolling fatigue. For rotary table bearings, the load-carrying capacity and service life of both radial and axial components must be verified. For the calculation of the rated life, please contact us and provide data regarding rotational speed, load, and operation cycle data.


Impact of Temperature Difference on Bearing Performance
The temperature difference between the shaft and the housing affects the radial preload of the bearing, thereby influencing its performance. If the temperature of the shaft is higher than that of the housing, the radial preload will increase proportionally, leading to increased rolling element loads, higher bearing friction, and rising temperatures. If the shaft temperature is lower than that of the housing, the radial preload will decrease proportionally, resulting in increased bearing clearance, reduced stiffness, and accelerated wear.


Frictional Torque
The frictional torque MRL of the bearing is primarily influenced by the viscosity and quantity of the lubricant, as well as the bearing preload:
1.  The viscosity and quantity of the lubricant depend on the lubricant grade and the operating temperature.
2.  The bearing preload depends on the mounting fit, the geometric accuracy of the shaft and housing, the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings, the tightening torque of the bolts, and the installation conditions.


Lubrication of Rotary Table Bearings
Thrust/radial cylindrical roller bearings (YRT and YRTS series) can be lubricated through oil holes located on the outer and inner rings; ZKLDF series thrust angular contact ball bearings can be lubricated via oil holes on the outer ring. The required lubricant quantity and replenishment intervals depend on factors such as rotational speed, load, operating hours, and environmental conditions. Specific calculations are required; please contact us if needed.
Over-lubrication: If an excessive amount of grease is added to the bearing, the frictional torque and temperature will increase. To achieve a reasonable frictional torque, a break-in period should be conducted according to a proper cycle.


Design of Shaft and Housing
YRT, YRTS, ZKLDF, YRTM, and YRTSM series share the same mounting dimensions. 
Geometric defects in the screw mounting surfaces and fits will affect the rotational accuracy, preload, and operating characteristics of the bearing. The precision of the mating surfaces must meet the total accuracy requirements of the assembly. Mating surface tolerances must remain within the operating tolerances of the bearing. For the ZKLDF thrust angular contact series, the fit clearance should be determined based on the inner ring with the minimum bore diameter.


Installation Guidelines
When assembling with mating parts, use fastening screws to secure the various components of the bearing. To facilitate bearing centering, the screws should first be loosened during installation; once installation is complete, the screws can either be retightened or removed.
When tightening the fastening screws, use a wrench and follow a cross-pattern sequence in three stages, as shown in the diagram below:
1.    Step 1: Tighten all screws with 40% of the specified tightening torque.
2.    Step 2: Tighten all screws with 70% of the specified tightening torque.
3.    Step 3: Tighten all screws with 100% of the specified tightening torque.
