Precision ball screw bearings are one-way thrust angular contact ball bearings with a contact angle of 60°. They have the characteristics of high precision, high speed, high axial stiffness, low friction, long life, and good instantaneous high and low speed conversion performance. The bearing is particularly suitable for supporting ball screw pairs and similar transmission elements of high-speed precision CNC machine tools.
Product Series and Dimensional Standards
Precision ball screw bearings include four product series: 7602, 7603, BS, and BSS.
The standard metric 7602 and 7603 size series conform to the JB/T8564 standard, with inner diameters ranging from 12mm to 130mm.
BS represents the non-standard metric series.
BSS represents the imperial series.
Load Capacity and Configuration
Ball screw bearings can withstand large axial loads in a single direction, and can also withstand certain radial loads. These bearings are usually used in duplex or multi-unit arrangements, and the assembly method is the same as that of angular contact ball bearings.
