The company can inspect, measure and analyze the dimensional accuracy, rotation accuracy, surface morphology, clearance, vibration, life reliability, startup, dynamic friction torque, contact angle, protrusion, and metal and non-metal parameters of rolling bearings, spherical plain bearings, rolling linear supports, sliding bearings, etc.
◆ According to international and national standards, we inspect and test the accuracy and performance parameters of various rolling bearings with an inner diameter of 1.5 mm or more, spherical bearings, linear motion bearings, and rolling bearing components (rolling elements, cages, seals, etc.).
◆ Detect, analyze and evaluate the microscopic morphology analysis, element analysis, residual stress, grinding burn, carburized layer depth and other parameters of rolling bearing metal materials.
◆ Non-metallic materials and special materials can be tested, analyzed and evaluated for internal defects, metallographic analysis, three-dimensional surface morphology analysis, porosity measurement, material grade evaluation, polymer molecular weight and its distribution, material friction and wear performance, surface morphology, film bonding strength and other parameters.
