On July 21, ZHENGZHOU SINOMACH Precision Industry Development Co., Ltd. officially launched the “Monthly Sharing” regular internal training program. The first session focused on the “Knowledge Internalization Module”, featuring training and sharing sessions based on the transfer and application of learning outcomes. All employees of the company participated in the training.

The first training session was delivered by Si Yuan, Deputy Director of the Business Operations Department, and Guan Yujie, Assistant Manager of the Foreign Trade Department. Based on their learning outcomes from the “2026 SINOMACH International Talent Development Program — Internationalization + Industrialization Seed Training Camp (Phase II)”, the two speakers shared insights and practical approaches on enhancing the company’s international business capabilities and global market development capabilities.

During the session, Si Yuan took the group’s strategic direction as the starting point and explained the core concept that “internationalization means bringing industrial system capabilities to global markets.” She reviewed the development foundation and accumulated strengths of SINOMACH Group, analyzed classic business cases, and explained the transformation path from “guerrilla operations to strategic market presence” and from “individual efforts to coordinated collaboration.”

Combining these concepts with the company’s actual business needs, she proposed practical measures including visiting sister companies for experience exchange, strengthening localized operations, improving the precision of marketing and promotion activities, and enhancing internal coordination and support. Her presentation was practical, insightful, and closely connected with business development needs.

Guan Yujie, drawing from her experience in front-line international trade operations, summarized eight key insights for advancing foreign trade and international business development:

From finding customers to developing markets
◆ From selling bearings to providing solutions
◆ From broad customer outreach to key account management
◆ From individual sales efforts to collaborative global expansion
◆ From experience-based development to digital-driven market development
◆ From completing orders to managing customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
◆ From focusing only on business growth to balancing business development with compliance management

She shared practical approaches based on real business scenarios, including “region + industry + customer” market development strategies, key account cultivation, and full life-cycle customer management. The problem-oriented sharing generated strong engagement and resonance among participants and promoted the transformation of training outcomes into practical actions.

After the training, employees will integrate the knowledge gained into their daily work, transforming learning outcomes into concrete actions and continuously promoting the company’s high-quality business development.

The “ Monthly Sharing” program aims to establish a complete internal training ecosystem featuring “knowledge extraction — internal training — achievement transformation — talent cultivation.” Through four modules — management-led learning, employee-led sharing, external learning, and knowledge internalization — the program is designed to build a continuous on-the-job empowerment platform covering all employees.

Going forward, the company will continue implementing the program on a monthly basis with different thematic modules, systematically consolidating business experience, leveraging internal expertise, and developing internal trainers. Through continuous talent development, knowledge sharing, and capability enhancement, the program will provide strong intellectual and organizational support for the company’s high-quality and sustainable growth.
