Equal section thin-walled bearings
Equal section thin-wall bearings have low friction torque, high rigidity, and good rotation accuracy. The steel balls have a small outer diameter and an extremely thin cross section. Equal section thin-walled bearings are divided into three types: deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and four-point contact ball bearings. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are all made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, and the cages are mostly made of phenolic resin and nylon. Our company provides three metric size series of equal section thin-wall bearings with cross-section dimensions of 8mmx8mm, 13mmx13mm, and 20mmx20mm. The inner diameter ranges from 25-360mm and the outer diameter ranges from 65-400mm. Our company can also customize inch series and non-standard series bearings for customers. According to different customer needs, we can provide products with different internal clearance, lubrication, cages and other characteristics.
Thin wall cross roller bearing
The internal structure of the thin-walled crossed cylindrical roller bearing adopts rollers arranged perpendicularly at 90 degrees to each other. It has a compact structure and can simultaneously withstand radial loads, bidirectional thrust loads and overturning moments while having high rigidity. There are two structural types of cross cylindrical roller bearings: RA (open) and RA--UU (double end seals). Precision cross cylindrical roller bearings are available in three types: with cage, with spacer and full complement of rollers. The ones with cage and spacer are suitable for working conditions with small friction torque and high speed, while the ones with full complement of rollers are suitable for working conditions with low speed and heavy load. Thin-walled cross roller bearings are suitable for the joints or rotating parts of robots, rotary tables of machining centers, rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measuring instruments, IC manufacturing equipment and other equipment.
Flexible bearings for harmonic reducers
The flexible bearing used in the harmonic reducer of the robot is the main weak link that limits the load-bearing capacity, working performance and life of the harmonic gear transmission. Correctly designing and determining the structural dimensions of the flexible bearing, strictly ensuring the performance quality of the material, and reasonable manufacturing process are the key to ensuring the life and performance of the flexible bearing. Flexible bearings mainly bear alternating bending stress and torsional stress. The outer ring of the flexible bearing dedicated to the harmonic reducer and the inner hole of the flexible wheel are matched with H7/h7, and the match between the inner ring and the cam is H7/js6. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15. The cages are mostly nylon integral cages. In some high-power harmonic gear transmissions, there are also some separate cages made of brass.

Thin-wall bearings for RV reducers are required to have the good performance of high precision, large load, small size, light weight, high rigidity, low noise, long life, stable operation, and long-term continuous operation in harsh environments. The thin section bearings for RV reducers designed and manufactured by our company mostly adopt non-standard sizes. The thin-wall bearings for RV reducers include thin section angular contact ball bearings, thin section deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller and cage assemblies, thin section tapered roller bearings.
